"I was treated so well before my oral surgery by receptionist, nurses, & Dr Mark Mcllwain DMD MD.All were professional,efficient,caring,,calm,attentive,& experts at their work. My surgery went great,5 extractions, 5 bone grafts, minimal swelling, pain easily controlled & resolved more by next day. Was awake till bedtime,slept all night after surgery.Dr Mcllwain is the best on oral surgery.I’ve had surgery twice by him over the years & he is trained & determined to do the work to perfection treating you like he would like to be treated.I’ve never heard anything but good outcomes about Dr Mcllwain in my years as an RN working for Helen Keller Hospital 23 years.Thank you Dr Mcllwain & staff.Phyllis Grissom"

"I’m currently just over 24 hours following a tooth extraction and implant. No pain, no swelling and I was able to get off my pain pills today as well! Procedure took about 30 minutes- spoke with the kind Nurse, for a few minutes, spoke with Dr. Frederick he said this will make you sleepy as he put the magic potion in my veins. I fell asleep, took a nap and the procedure was over.Thank you Dr. Frederick, the Nurse, Secretary, and Technician for their time and talents yesterday!Have no fear folks, they’ll have you on your way to grill of the year in no time!A true blessing to the Shoals!Thank y’all again!Brandon"

"Writing this the same day I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed.Walked in at 8 walked out at 9 with no problems.Not sure if I got lucky but I was fully coherent and just a little sore after it. Dr Nester and all faculty did a great job!"

The only negative thing I have to say is that they prescribed me Ibuprofen and I can’t have Ibuprofen (I wrote my health problem down) but other than that everything else was excellent. I’d still go back to them if I had to. 👍🏼"

"I had a wisdom tooth removed yesterday morning at the Florence location. I have severe dental anxiety which the amazing nurse working with Dr Frederick quickly help to ease.(Regrettably I don't remember her name) After the procedure I had numbness and some swelling which I anticipated but minimal at best. And it was all completely gone except a small knot on my jaw line by bedtime. I was expecting the pain to inevitably creep in as the numbness dissipated but it has yet to give me any pain. I don't know what kind of magic ✨ Dr Frederick performed but this has been a completely pain free experience. I have taken some ibuprofen but I have not even touched the prescription meds. This has been nothing like the horror stories I've heard about different people's experiences with wisdom teeth surgery. I highly recommend Dr Frederick and his staff! I can't say enough as you can see lol."

"Dr. Nester was amazing with my son CJ with getting his wisdom teeth out to allowing us to come in for an appointment with a concern about his jaw swelling nearly a month later out of nowhere. Thank goodness it was nothing serious just a little food trapped in the socket under the skin which Dr. Nester got cleaned out and prescribed some antibiotics and thanked us for coming in which we were thankful for him!"

"This is Tracy by the way, I'll start off by saying everything went very well from start to finish . I will admit the price was pretty steep but they probably had to do alot of work on my situation. As far as the care goes they went above and beyond and the anesthesia administration was perfect ! I woke up feeling happy after surgery and I have never in my life woke up happy usually I cry after anesthesia or feel real sad but not there I didn't. The Dr mcwilihan was excellent. I only have a little pain today it's much better then before I had surgery . He knew exactly what to do and did it carefully . If I had another surgery I would ask for him to do it if possible because I was scared to death before hand but after was so relieved he knew what he was doing. And my situation isn't a normal one lol I had a compaction of my wisdom tooth turned side ways growing inside the tooth beside it and infection and bone compaction .. not something I would consider normal because every other dentist I went to ... would turn me away as soon as they seen the xray but for the grace of God he didn't turn me away . And now I don't have the pressure pain I dealt with for months and burning nerve pain . That part is gone and I can tell and I will forever be thankful for him 🙏 ❤️. And would hope if I have another issue he would help me again. Great place . Excellent surgeon for complicated situations."

"I went to Oral and Facial in Florence Al on Titan yesterday for a sinus lift and a bone graft.Erin my nurse she calmed my fear because I didn’t know what to expect, I honestly thought it was going to be terrible and I was going to be in dyer pain but Dr.Fredrick came in and he also calmed my fear came in like this was going to be easy and quick and boy was it they were both A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I came out very numbed up but as the pain wore off I had little sore throat and little to no pain. Today is day 2 and little to no pain, now I do have some swelling which is to be expected but no nose bleeds, no congestion. Just a little soreness and swelling. I love that place, those people and so glad God chose them to the nurses and Dr’s for my journey to getting implants."

I couldn't have went anywhere better I would give them 11 out of 10 rating. The staff the nurses most excellent I literally could not have went anywhere else to be treated that will. "Went back about a month after a tooth extraction and implant. Dr Frederick did an excellent job. it was done on a Friday and I flew to South Africa the following Wednesday. I did exactly what he and the nurses told me as far as cleaning. I had no problems! Absolutely the best and his nurses too!!! Highly recommend!!!!"

"All 4 of my children have had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Morris and I would only go to him. He was our family dentist until he went back and became an Oral Surgeon. He is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and super easy to talk to. None of my children had any complications from this procedure and they were back to it really quickly. Our daughter had a tooth that would not come down and thanks to his skilled hands he was able to get it to come in. Otherwise, the dentist would have pulled it and she would have had to have a tooth implant put in. His staff is wonderful. They are kind, caring, informative and accommodating as possible. Dr. Morris and Staff are awesome- I recommend him to my friends all the time."
"I needed some extractions. Dr nix in red bay recommended dr Frederick nearly everything from start to finish was top notch. The doctor was thorough and friendly and I trusted him right away. But the staff makes a difference. A patient deals with several people before they ever see the doctor. These people were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office."
