I would be afraid my teacher would take me on a field trip to this location and then give me a test on who was the best at this location. I could not make a choice on this test. "We have had the best experience with this facility. They have been so kind during each visit. They were very informative about things and asked us if we had any questions. After my daughterās procedure they brought her to the car, buckled her in and gave detailed instructions to care for her when we got home. What topped it off for me was Dr. Morris calling personally to ask how she was doing. It meant so much to me because he made it personal. I will definitely recommend them to anyone."

The insurance administrator Michelle is top tier and an excellent communicator. "I had a wisdom tooth removed yesterday morning at the Florence location. I have severe dental anxiety which the amazing nurse working with Dr Frederick quickly help to ease.(Regrettably I don't remember her name) After the procedure I had numbness and some swelling which I anticipated but minimal at best. And it was all completely gone except a small knot on my jaw line by bedtime. I was expecting the pain to inevitably creep in as the numbness dissipated but it has yet to give me any pain. I don't know what kind of magic āØ Dr Frederick performed but this has been a completely pain free experience. I have taken some ibuprofen but I have not even touched the prescription meds. This has been nothing like the horror stories I've heard about different people's experiences with wisdom teeth surgery. I highly recommend Dr Frederick and his staff! I can't say enough as you can see lol."

Dr. Morris and his nurses took care of me perfectly. I had severe anxiety and they comforted me perfectly. Anybody looking for an oral surgeon, you should consider using Dr. Morris. Without them, I'd had to suffer with some bad teeth for the rest of my life. The value of their skills is priceless. Nobody could endure the pain without them knowing what to do. "I went to Oral and Facial in Florence Al on Titan yesterday for a sinus lift and a bone graft.Erin my nurse she calmed my fear because I didnāt know what to expect, I honestly thought it was going to be terrible and I was going to be in dyer pain but Dr.Fredrick came in and he also calmed my fear came in like this was going to be easy and quick and boy was it they were both A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I came out very numbed up but as the pain wore off I had little sore throat and little to no pain. Today is day 2 and little to no pain, now I do have some swelling which is to be expected but no nose bleeds, no congestion. Just a little soreness and swelling. I love that place, those people and so glad God chose them to the nurses and Drās for my journey to getting implants."

"Wow, Dr Lee Morris did awesome work on my broken tooth! His nurse is friendly and helps me get ready for tooth's root removal surgery. She asked me, "are you ready?" . I told her, "no! I need to sleep before surgery because I don't want to know what's going on!" and we laughed. Then he came in and did the surgery in my mouth. I didn't feel anything because I was in deep sleep. Woke up and walked out feeling fine with numbing up mouth area. No pain! I now trust him and his nurse. No stitches! Gave me the pain meds if I needed it. When numbing wears out, little pain starts to come and I took one ibuprofen before the pain gets stronger I think. Next day I am fine and pain-free!!! Thanks to Dr Lee Morris!!! No need to worry! "I was there in, I believe June of 2024 to have all my bottom teeth surgically removed so I could have a denture plate put in from Mcleary & Almon. Dr. Frederick explained everything to me on the 1st visit. He looked at the condition of my teeth, which were in bad shape and told me what he thought needed to be done. I made the appt. for the procedure, Dr. Frederick came in, he made sure that I was completely comfortable and that I understood everything that he was going to do. The nurse inserted the IV in my arm and shortly after I was out. I don't remember how long I was out. I remember waking up and not really feeling any pain throughout my healing process. Dr. Frederick in my opinion is one of, if not the best oral surgeon you could get if you need any work done. I have had to shuffle around insurance, but hopefully going back to see him in April for my top teeth."

They have forms there to fill out if you need credit. This isn't a color thing. Blacks and whites both are tired of hearing color mentioned every time you think you are not treated special. Grow up and act like you have a brain dummy. 2 years later. When I came the last 2 times they charged my insurance and I didn't owe anything. (Great insurance). This time I had a different lady quote me a price and tell me what it would cost out of pocket. I could tell she didn't check with my insurance before giving me a price because her numbers sounded like she had very little knowledge and was only guessing. At first she quoted me $17,000 out of pocket. I told her a coworker had basically the same work done and insurance paid 100%. Then she said either they would owe me some back or I would owe them some more. She must think I'm stupid. The doctor and nurses are great. That one insurance woman is a power hungry know it all. Be careful if she quotes you a price because she will take you for a ride."

"I developed an abscess that required an apicoectomy. Dr. Morris performed the procedure in under an hour and afterwards I felt no pain or discomfort whatsoever and no swelling or bruising. Dr. Morris also personally called me later that evening to make sure I was doing well. I was very satisfied with the procedure and would highly recommend Dr. Morris."
